or oat flour, or blended rolled oats
- 2 tbspbrown sugar
- ⅓ cwalnuts

or cinnamon or both
- 1 pinchsalt

Mix wet ingredients: Preheat the oven to 350°F 180°C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a medium bowl, mash 1 large ripe banana with a fork. Add 1 large egg and mix well until smooth.

Add dry ingredients: Add 1 cup almond flour, ⅓ cup quick oats, 2 tablespoons brown sugar, 1½ teaspoon baking powder, 1 pinch salt, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract and cinnamon if using.Stir gently until you get a thick, sticky dough, then mix in ⅓ cup walnuts or pecans.
