- ¼ cbutter or margarine
cut into pieces
- 2 tbspsugar or brown sugar
- 1 tspsalt
- 3 ½ ccanadian all purpose flour
or bread flour
- 2 tspbread machine yeast
- egg for egg wash

Add ingredients

Add all ingredients except egg in order into the bread machine and run the dough setting.
Once cycle is complete, shape into 6 long rolls and cover with clean dish towel to rise for 30-45 minutes.
Brush an egg wash (optional) over rolls and bake at 375°F until golden brown (approx 20 minutes).
