  • 1 cupvegetable oil for frying
  • 1 cupall-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoongarlic salt
  • 1 teaspoononion salt
  • 1 teaspoonpaprika
  • 1 teaspoonsalt
  • ½ cupwater, or as needed
