  • 1/2 cup pepitas
  • 1 cup shelled unsalted pistachios
  • 4 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cups dried cherries
