Roll out the dough to 1/8 inch thickness.Using a small fluted cutter cut out crackers and transfer to baking sheet.You can re-roll the scraps of dough and cut out the remaining dough.

Using a fork prick holes in each of the crackers. This will help them not to puff up in the oven.
