Make Honey Soy Crispy Beef and Noodles in 35 minutes! Crispy beef, sweet honey soy sauce, and noodles – perfect weeknight meal!
Slice the flank steak or sirloin thinly against the grain (this makes it more tender).
In a mixing bowl, combine the soy sauce, rice vinegar, and egg white. Add the beef slices and mix well. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes to absorb the flavors.
After marinating, toss the beef in the cornstarch until evenly coated. This helps create a crispy coating when fried.
In a small saucepan, combine soy sauce, honey, hoisin sauce, oyster sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and chili flakes.
Heat over medium heat and bring to a simmer.
Stir in the cornstarch slurry and cook for 1–2 minutes until the sauce thickens.
Remove from heat and set aside.
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil.
Cook the noodles according to package instructions (usually about 3–4 minutes).
Drain and toss with sesame oil to prevent sticking. Set aside.
Heat avocado oil in a large wok or skillet over medium-high heat.
When the oil is hot (about 350°F/175°C), add the coated beef slices in batches, being careful not to overcrowd the pan.
Fry for 2–3 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
Remove and drain on a paper towel-lined plate. Repeat with remaining beef.
In the same wok or skillet, add the crispy beef and pour the honey soy sauce over the top.
Toss to coat the beef evenly in the sticky sauce.
Add the cooked noodles and toss everything together until well combined and heated through (about 2 minutes).
Transfer to serving bowls or plates.
Sprinkle with sliced green onions, toasted sesame seeds, and sliced red chili (if using).
Serve immediately and enjoy!
