This Hot Cowgirl Dip is a bold, creamy, cheesy baked dip loaded with bacon, jalapeños, corn, and pepper jack—perfect for parties and game day!

Ingredients

  • 8 ozcream cheese, softened
  • 1 cupsour cream
  • 1 ½ cupsshredded pepper jack cheese
  • 1 cupshredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cupcooked, crumbled bacon (plus extra for topping)
  • 1 cupcorn (fresh, canned, or frozen)
  • ¼ cupchopped pickled jalapeños (adjust to heat preference)
  • ½ teaspoongarlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoonsmoked paprika
  • salt & pepper, to taste
  • optional garnish: green onions or fresh cilantro

Directions

    Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

    In a large bowl, mix cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
