This easy hummus recipe without tahini simply blends chickpeas, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and warm spices for a deliciously creamy dip.

  • 2cans garbanzo beans, drained and liquid reserved
  • 6 tablespoonsolive oil
  • 5 tablespoonslemon juice
  • 3 clovesgarlic
  • 1 teaspoonsalt
  • 1 teaspoonground coriander
  • ⅛ teaspoonground cumin
  • ⅛ teaspooncayenne pepper
