- 2 lbchuck roast
- 1 cbeef broth
- 1packet dry onion soup
- 4pepperoncini
- to tastesalt and pepper

Directions

Pour olive oil into the Instant Pot and press "saute".

Add the meat and saute for about 5 minutes until brown on each side.
