- 1 smallonion
- 1 cantomatoes
- 1 cantomato sauce
- ½ tspred pepper flakes
- 1 tspItalian seasoning
- ½ cheavy cream or half-and-half
- ¼ cParmesan cheese
plus more for garnish
- 2 tbspfresh basil
