Italian Sliders

Ingredients

  • 1roll package king hawaiian rolls
  • 1 ozpk. salami
  • 1 ozpk. pastrami
  • 1 ozpk. pepperoni (sandwich size slices)
  • 12slices mozzarella
  • 12slices swiss cheese
  • 12slices provolone
  • ½ cupsliced pepperoncini
  • ¼ cupsalted butter (melted)
  • 1 tablespoonitalian seasoning
  • 1 cupmarinara sauce for dipping
  • olives and pickles for serving

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350° and spray a 9”x13” pan.

    Slice the rolls in half and put bottom halves in the pan.

    Layer salami, pastrami and peperoni evenly across the rolls.

    Layer the Mozzarella, Swiss and Provolone cheese evenly across the meat.

    Spread the pepperoncini over the cheese.

    Place the top of the rolls over the sandwiches.

    Mix the Italian seasoning into the butter and spread over the rolls.

    Cover with tinfoil, making sure to “tent” the foil so it doesn’t touch the rolls.

    Bake for 15 minutes, covered then remove the foil and bake the remaining 10 minutes.

    Remove and serve with marinara sauce, olives and pickles.
