  • 10 piecesjolly rancher watermelon hard candy
  • 3tbsps water
  • 1 cupsall-purpose flour
  • 1 tspbaking powder
  • ¼ tspsalt
  • ½ cupbutter, softened
  • 1 cupgranulated sugar
  • 1egg
  • 1egg white
  • 2tbsps vegetable oil
  • 3tsps vanilla extract
  • ½ cupmilk
  • 4 piecesjolly rancher freeze dried watermelon coarsely broken (optional)
  • 1 cupbutter, softened
  • ¼ cupjolly rancher watermelon syrup
  • 4 cupspowdered sugar

Directions

    For the Cupcakes: Prepare the cupcakes, start by heating the oven to 350°F, then start to line your cupcake pan with paper liners.

    Whisk together 1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour, 1 tsp baking powder, and 1/4 tsp salt in a small bowl and set aside.

    Beat 1 cup granulated sugar and 1/2 cup butter until light and fluffy.

    Add 1 egg and 1 egg white until combined.

    Mix in 2 Tbsps vegetable oil and 3 tsps vanilla extract.

    Gradually alternate adding in flour mixture and 1/2 cup milk.
