These juicy Blackstone Pork Chops are simple to prepare and cook quickly. You can enjoy them plain or serve them up with some seasoned and beer soaked peppers and onions.

Ingredients

  • 4 bone-in pork chops
  • Pork BBQ Rub
  • 3-4 mini sweet bell peppers (sliced)
  • 1/2 onions (sliced)
  • 6 oz. beer
  • 2-3 tbsp butter or pork lard

Directions

    Season both sides of the pork chops with the BBQ rub. (Let sit for a few until dinner time or cover and refrigerate.)

    Slice the peppers and onions and place in a small bowl. Add in a few dashes of BBQ rub and the beer. (Let marinate for a few or cover and refrigerate).

    On the other side of the griddle, add some more butter. Add the pork chops and let cook about 3-4 minutes on each side or until the internal temperature reaches 145 degrees F.
