About this Recipe
Craving perfectly seared, tender pork chops that come together in a flash? These Juicy Pork Chops on the Blackstone deliver restaurant-quality flavor right in your backyard. Designed for simplicity and speed, this recipe is perfect for busy weeknights or when you want maximum flavor with minimal effort.
The magic of this recipe lies in the high, consistent heat of the Blackstone griddle, which creates an incredible crust while locking in the natural juices of the pork. The combination of a flavorful pork BBQ rub and the option to add savory, beer-soaked peppers and onions elevates these chops from good to unforgettable.
Expect a truly satisfying meal: each bite of pork chop will be wonderfully tender with a savory, well-seasoned exterior. The optional side of sliced mini sweet bell peppers and onions, gently cooked until soft and infused with a hint of beer and butter, provides a fantastic sweet and savory contrast. This dish is designed to be straightforward, delivering delicious results that taste far more complicated than they actually are.
While delicious simply seasoned with the pork BBQ rub, these chops pair beautifully with the specified beer-soaked peppers and onions. You can customize the rub to your preference, opting for something smoky, spicy, or sweet. For an alcohol-free alternative, a splash of vegetable broth can be used instead of beer for the vegetables, or simply sauté them in butter until tender. Boneless pork chops can also be used, though they might cook even quicker.
These juicy pork chops are ideal for a quick family dinner, a casual outdoor gathering, or anytime you desire a flavorful and hearty main course. Serve them hot off the griddle for the best experience.
