  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 8 ounces shredded Cheddar chese
  • 1/2 cup frozen spinach

Directions
