South Korean banana milk is so popular all over the world, we crafted a homemade version so you can whip up a serving anytime with a few simple ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 c. whole milk
  • 1/2 c. ice-cold water 
  • 1 small ripe banana, sliced
  • 1 1/2 tsp. maple syrup or 1 tsp. honey
  • 2 tsp. sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp. banana liqueur or extract (optional)
  • Ice, for serving (optional)

Directions

    In a high-powdered blender, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth.

    Serve immediately, over ice if desired. Alternatively, store in an airtight glass jar and chill for 2 hours up to 2 days, shaking well before serving. (Separation is natural!)
