Lemon Blueberry Muffins
Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
rinsed and patted dry
- One 15-ounce box of lemon cake mix
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp lemon extract
- ½ cup milk
- ⅓ cup oil
- 2 Tbsp melted butter
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup flour

Line muffin tins with twelve cupcake liners.

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

Whisk together the eggs, oil, milk, and lemon extract in a large bowl.
