Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 2 teaspoons roughly chopped fresh dill
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
