This simple pepper steak recipe features a mixture of sliced flank steak and vegetables cooked in equal parts soy sauce, honey, and red wine vinegar.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoonsolive oil
  • 2 largebell peppers, sliced into thin strips
  • 1 mediumonion, chopped
  • 2 clovesgarlic, minced

  • 1 ⅛ cup3334326744 cup red wine vinegar
  • 3 ½ poundsflank steak, cut into thin strips

    Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add bell peppers, onion, and garlic; sauté until crisp-tender, 3 to 4 minutes. Transfer to a bowl.
