Fudge brownies topped with marshmallow and fudge frosting.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter (salted)
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups flour (unbleached all purpose)
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 5 cups mini marshmallows
  • 3 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/3 cup milk (I use 2 percent)
  • 1/2 cup butter (salted )
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions

    In a bowl, cream butter with sugar and cocoa. Use a stand mixer with the paddle attachment or an electric hand mixer.

    Mix all frosting ingredients together and spread over cake.
