Ingredients
- 3 tbsp All Purpose Flour | Maida
- 3 tbsp Sugar
- 1½ tbsp Cocoa Powder
- ½ tsp Baking Powder
- 3 tbsp Milk
- 1½ tbsp Oil or Melted Butter
- ½ tsp Vanilla Extract
- 2 tsp Cocoa Powder
- 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
- 3 tbsp Hot Water
Directions

Take flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, milk, vanilla, oil in a bowl and mix well to a thick batter. Spoon this in a microwave safe bowl.

Now to make the sauce. Sprinkle top with brown sugar and cocoa powder. Pour some hot water over it and pop it in microwave and Cook it on high power for 1 to 1 1/2 mins. My microwave is 800 watts. So depending on your microwave watts the timing will vary.

Remove from microwave and let it sit for 2 minutes and serve with ice cream or whipped cream.
