
Preheat the oven to 350°F. In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and sour cream until smooth. Beat in the soup, onion powder and garlic powder. Stir in the chicken and cottage cheese.
Transfer the chicken mixture to a greased 9-inch square baking dish. In a bowl, stir together the crushed Ritz crackers and melted butter. Sprinkle over the chicken mixture.
Bake, uncovered, until heated through, 25 to 30 minutes. Sprinkle with green onions, and serve.
