- 1 cgranulated sugar
- 1 tspvanilla extract
- 2 largeeggs
- ¾ cmilk
- 2 call-purpose flour
- 1 tbspbaking powder
- ½ tspfine sea salt
- 1 csemi-sweet chocolate chips
either regular or mini
- turbinado sugar
for sprinkling on the muffin tops
