
In a pan with high sides sauté sliced Baby Bella mushrooms at medium heat with salt & pepper in butter and olive oil until they are soft and golden
Drain any excess liquid from the pan if it accumulates from the mushrooms and return back to the stove
Add the ground meat, onions, garlic, salt & pepper to the pan with the mushrooms and sauté until the ground meat is browned at medium heat.
add the flour into the pan and sauté with the meat & mushroom mixture for 2-3 minutes
Deglaze the pan with white wine. Cook for 2 minutes.
Add the beef broth and water to the pan and bring the pan to a boil.
Drop it to low boil and add the egg noodles (uncooked) directly to the pan. Cover the pan with a lid and simmer for 5-8 minutes while stirring occassionally.
Remove the lid and cook another 2-3 minutes so the liquid evaporates and the sauce thickens.
Turn the heat off and stir in the sour cream.
Transfer to a bowl and garnish with sour cream & chopped green onions
