About this Recipe
Craving a rich, creamy, and satisfying chicken pasta that’s packed with flavor? This Parmesan Garlic Chicken Pasta recipe brings a restaurant-quality dish right to your table, featuring the distinctive zest of Buffalo Wild Wings sauce.
What makes this recipe truly stand out is its clever use of Buffalo Wild Wings Parmesan Garlic Wing Sauce. This key ingredient elevates a classic creamy chicken pasta, providing that familiar, beloved taste with minimal effort. It’s almost like an easy Chicken Alfredo, but with an extra kick of that signature B-Dubs heat, making it incredibly filling and comforting.
Prepare for a hearty, indulgent meal that delivers on every front. You'll experience tender, bite-sized chicken pieces enveloped in a luscious, velvety sauce that clings perfectly to every piece of cooked penne pasta. The richness of heavy cream and shredded Parmesan creates a smooth base, beautifully balanced by the tangy, garlicky notes of the wing sauce. A touch of red pepper flakes adds a subtle warmth that complements the creamy flavors without overwhelming them.
Customization & Variations
While this dish shines as is, you can easily tailor it to your liking. The recipe includes red pepper flakes, allowing you to adjust the heat level to your preference—use more for a spicier kick or omit them entirely for a milder experience. Feel free to use different cuts of chicken, such as boneless chicken thighs, if that's what you have on hand, though chicken breast ensures a lean, tender result. If you prefer a different texture, other short pasta shapes like rotini or cavatappi could also work well with the creamy sauce.
This Parmesan Garlic Chicken Pasta is perfect for a cozy weeknight dinner or a casual gathering. Serve it as a stand-alone main course, perhaps with a simple green salad to balance the richness.
