Whip up these yummy Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookie Bars in no time. They're easy to make and great for sharing.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup (128g) creamy peanut butter.
  • 1/2 cup (113g) unsalted butter, softened.
  • 3/4 cup (150g) granulated sugar.
  • 3/4 cup (165g) light brown sugar, packed.
  • 2 large eggs.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
  • 2 1/4 cups (281g) all-purpose flour.
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder.
  • 1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt.
  • 1 1/2 cups (255g) peanut butter chips.
  • 1 1/2 cups (255g) semi-sweet chocolate chips.

Directions

    Heat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a 9x13 inch baking pan with parchment paper.

    Mix flour, baking powder, and sea salt in a big bowl. Set aside.

    In another bowl, mix softened butter and peanut butter till smooth.
