These pepperoni pizza bombs are oozing with cheese, sauce, and the spicy meat you love! They're bundled in a golden biscuit shell that's just irresistible.

Ingredients

  • 1 (8-count) can buttermilk biscuits
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 (5-ounce) package pepperoni minis
  • 8 ounces mozzarella cheese, cubed
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese, plus more for garnish
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Directions

  1. 1

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking dish with parchment paper and spray with cooking spray.

  2. 2

Open the can of biscuits and use a rolling pin to flatten each one into approximately a 3-inch circle.

  3. 3

Spread about 1 teaspoon of pizza sauce on each circle, leaving a 1/4-inch border.

  4. 4

Place 2-3 pepperoni slices and 2 mozzarella cubes in the center of each circle. Carefully fold the edges of the dough and pinch to seal completely.

  5. 5

Place the balls seam-side-down in the prepared pan.

  6. 6

In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, Parmesan cheese, garlic, and Italian seasoning.

  7. 7

Brush the pizza bombs with the garlic butter mixture and bake for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown.

  8. 8

Remove from the oven. Immediately brush each pizza bomb with the remaining garlic butter. Sprinkle generously with extra Parmesan cheese and chopped herbs, if desired.

  9. 9

Serve the pizza bombs hot with extra pizza sauce for dipping, and enjoy!
