Crispy cheesy and tastes incredible. This one f*cks hard and I see it one you’ll be making more than once!

Ingredients

  • 1.4–1.6 oz pepperoni slices
    40 g
  • 1.4 oz light mozzarella cheese
    40 g
  • 1.4 oz parmesan cheese
    40 g
  • 3 tbsp / 1.6 oz greek yogurt

    natural light

    45 g
  • leaves green leaf lettuce
    2
  • sliced tomato
    ½ small
  • avocado avocado

    approx 50 g / 1.8 oz

  • handful sprouts
    1 small

Directions

Method

    Lay the pepperoni slices in a tight circle on parchment or a non-stick mat

    Top with mozzarella and bake at 180 °C / 360 °F for 15 minutes until the base crisps

  3. 3

    Spread Greek yogurt over the top

  4. 4

    Layer lettuce, tomato, avocado and sprouts

  5. 5

    Fold and demolish
