Ingredients

  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil (or avocado oil)
  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 onion (diced)
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon rice wine vinegar
  • 1 Tablespoon freshly grated ginger (or ½ teaspoon ground ginger)
  • 1 Tablespoon Sriracha (optional)
  • Green onions (garnish)
  • Butter lettuce leaves (for serving)

Directions

    Heat your cooking oil in a sauté pan over medium-high heat.

    When pan is hot, add ground chicken and cook until browned (about 3-5 minutes).

    Drain excess grease from pan.
