ends trimmed
- 1 teaspoon fine sea salt
- 1 tablespoon dark soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons ginger
freshly grated
- 2 garlic cloves
minced
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground pepper
freshly ground
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

Directions

In a large frying pan, fill half way with water and bring to a low simmer.
