Ingredients

  • 2 - cups warm water
  • 2 - tablespoons active dry yeast
  • 1 - tablespoon brown sugar or honey
  • 1 - teaspoon salt
  • 4 - cups all purpose or bread flour
  • melted butter
  • garlic powder
    to tastesShredded Italian or parmesan cheese, optional

Directions

    In a stand mixer add the warm water, yeast, brown sugar and salt. Let set until foamy (about 3-5 minutes).

    Add the flour one cup at a time until the dough is smooth (adding more flour if needed). This dough is stickier than regular bread dough.
