  • 3 largegreen bell peppers, halved lengthwise and seeded
  • 1package thinly sliced frozen philly beef steak
  • 1 tablespoonolive oil
  • 1 largesweet onion, diced
  • 1package sliced baby bella mushrooms, diced
  • 1 tablespoonminced garlic
  • 1 teaspoonmontreal steak seasoning, or more to taste
  • 6slices provolone cheese

Directions

    Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Place bell peppers cut-side up on a baking sheet. Set aside.

    Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Cook and stir steak until lightly brown, about 10 minutes. Remove from the skillet.

    Heat oil in the skillet until hot. Add onion, mushrooms, garlic, and steak seasoning; cook until tender, about 5 minutes. Return steak to the skillet; cook until warmed through, 3 to 5 minutes more.
