Ingredients

  • 2 cupsrolled oats (gluten-free if needed)
  • 2 largeripe bananas (mashed)

  • ¼ cuphoney (or maple syrup)
  • 2 tbspcoconut oil (melted)
  • 1 tspvanilla extract
  • 1 tspbaking powder
  • ½ tspbaking soda
  • ¼ tspsalt
  • ½ cupchopped nuts (optional, such as walnuts or pecans)

Directions

    Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a muffin tin with paper liners or lightly grease the cups.
