
This easy recipe allows you to make your own pita chips that are perfect for snacking, perfect for dips, and perfect for sharing.
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a small bowl, combine olive oil, salt, your choice of dry seasoning, and dried herbs. Stir until well mixed.
Brush both sides of each pita round liberally with your seasoned oil mixture.
Cut each pita round into 8 triangles.
Arrange pita triangles in a single layer on a baking sheet. If using, sprinkle the pita triangles evenly with grated Parmesan cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 6-8 minutes per side until golden brown. Monitor closely in the final minutes to prevent the chips from burning.
Allow the chips to cool before serving as they will become crispier as they cool.
