This marinade adds a lot of flavor to beef ribs. The acid from the lemon juice and vinegar will keep the meat tender as it's grilled or smoked.

  • ¼ cupwhite vinegar
  • ¼ cupolive oil
  • 3 tablespoonshoney
  • 4 clovesgarlic (crushed)
  • 1 tablespoonsea salt

  • 1rack of beef ribs

Directions

    Gather the ingredients.

  2. 2

Mix together 1/4 cup lemon juice , 1/4 cup white vinegar , 1/4 cup olive oil , 3 tablespoons honey , 4 cloves garlic (crushed) , 1 tablespoon sea salt , 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper , and 1 teaspoon cayenne (if using) in a small mixing bowl.

  3. 3

Place the ribs in a container large enough to lay them flat. Pour the marinade over the ribs, coating them completely. Make sure to turn the rack of ribs a couple of times so it is coated with the marinade on all sides. Cover the container with plastic wrap and let it sit in the refrigerator for 12 to 24 hours before cooking.

Prepare a smoker or grill. Remove the ribs from the marinade and cook according to the smoker instructions or your favorite rib recipe.
