  • 1 cupwhole milk
  • ¼ cupwhole-milk plain strained (greek-style) yogurt
  • 1 cupfrozen mango chunks
  • ¼ teaspoonground cardamom
  • 1 ½ tablespoonshulled hemp seeds, divided

Directions

    Place 1 date, 1 cup milk, ¼ cup yogurt, 1 cup frozen mango, ¼ teaspoon cardamom and 1 tablespoon hemp seeds in a blender. Process until smooth, about 1 minute, stopping to scrape down sides as needed.
