Ingredients

  • 1 lb. 93% lean ground beef (or pork, chicken, or turkey)
  • 1/4 cup almond meal (or an additional 1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese)
  • 1/4 grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons dried parsley
  • 1 egg
