Ingredients

  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 12 ounces garlic parmesan wing sauce
  • 1 cup milk (I use 2%)
  • 8 ounces cream cheese (cubed)
  • 4 ounces parmesan cheese (shaved or shredded)
  • 16 ounce rotini noodles
  • parsley (optional garnish)

Directions

  1. 1

Trim the chicken breasts and add them to the bottom of a 6 quart slow cooker.

  2. 2

Pour the entire bottle of garlic parmesan sauce over the chicken.

  3. 3

Pour the milk into the sauce bottle, close the lid, and shake to get out any remaining sauce. Pour the milk into the slow cooker.

  4. 4

Place the cubed cream cheese on top of the chicken.

  5. 5

Cover and cook on LOW for 4-6 hours or until the chicken is cooked through.

  6. 6

Once the chicken is cooked, remove it from the slow cooker, shred it and return to the sauce.

  7. 7

Add the parmesan cheese to the slow cooker and stir to melt it.

  8. 8

Cook and drain the pasta according to the directions on the box.

  9. 9

Pour the cooked pasta into the slow cooker and stir to combine.

  10. 10

Garnish with additional parmesan cheese and parsley and serve.
