This cilantro crema, or cream sauce, is spicy, light, and fragrant with cilantro. It is a refreshing dip or sauce for anything and everything.

Ingredients

  • 1can tomatillo salsa
  • 1 bunchfresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 tablespoonsour cream
  • 1 tablespoonfresh lime juice
  • 2 teaspoonsgarlic powder
  • 1 teaspoonfreshly ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspooncelery salt
  • ½ teaspoonground cumin
