Creamy Cottage Cheese Mousse is rich, chocolatey, and super easy. You only need a handful of ingredients, a blender, and two minutes!

Ingredients

  • 2 cupsfull fat cottage cheese
  • ⅓ cupcocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoonvanilla extract
  • ¼ cupliquid sweetener (monk fruit maple syrup if you're following keto or low carb diet, honey or maple syrup if not)
  • 2 teaspoonsespresso powder (optional, but does add great depth)
  • sea salt

Directions

    Add the cottage cheese to a food processor. Blend on high for 1 minute. The cottage cheese should be light and fluffy.

    Add the remaining ingredients and blend 30 seconds.
