Ingredients

  • ¼ cupgluten free pancake mix (you can use this one for vegan)
  • ¼ tspbaking powder
  • 2 tbspalmond milk (plus more, if needed)
  • 1 tbspmaple syrup
  • 1 tspcoconut oil
  • sea salt
  • 2 tspcoconut sugar
  • ¼ tspcinnamon
  • 2 tbsppowdered sugar
  • 1 tspalmond milk

Directions

    In a greased shallow mug or a ramekin, combine all ingredients for cinnamon roll and whisk together with a fork. If the batter is too thick, splash in some more almond milk until it resembles a thick pancake batter.

    In a separate bowl, make cinnamon sugar by mixing coconut sugar and cinnamon together.

    Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar evenly over the prepared batter.
