Preheat the oven to 350 F degrees.
Line a 9”x9” baking dish with parchment paper.
Mix vanilla wafer crumbs with melted butter and press into the baking dish.
Bake for 10 minutes and set aside.
Beat cream cheese with sugar on medium until smooth using a stand mixer.
Add eggs and vanilla extract and mix in.
Mix in marshmallow fluff.
Mix in mashed bananas and pudding mix.
Transfer the mixture to the baking dish and spread.
Bake for 20 minutes.
Reduce the heat to 200 F degrees and bake for another 30 minutes.
Turn the oven off and leave the cheesecake inside for another 10 minutes.
Take the cheesecake out of the oven and let it rest.
When it reaches room temperature, cover it and place it in the fridge for 3 hours.
Take out the cheesecake and cut it into small squares.
Garish with whipped cream, banana slices, and cookies.
