Delicious, simple ingredients combine to enhance the natural richness of Alaskan smoked salmon.

Ingredients

  • 8-12 oz. Smoked Salmon
  • 1-8 oz. package Cream Cheese
  • 1/2 c. Mayonaise
  • 1/2 c. Sour Cream
  • 1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice or juice of 1/2 Lemon
  • 4-6 sprigs Fresh Dill (minced)
  • 2 Tbsp. Capers
  • 1 1/2 tsp. or 1 small clove Garlic (minced)
  • 1 Tbsp chopped Green Onion
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
