Place a medium saucepan over medium heat and pour in the heavy cream. Bring it to a gentle boil, stirring occasionally.
Reduce the heat to low, then add the butter and powdered sweetener (such as allulose or monk fruit). Stir until the butter is melted and the sweetener is fully dissolved.
Continue simmering for 15–20 minutes, stirring constantly, until the mixture reduces by about half and thickens to a creamy consistency.
Remove from the heat and let it cool to room temperature. Transfer to a clean jar and store in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
