  • wooden skewers (soaked in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent burning)
  • 1red bell pepper, cut into 1½-inch pieces
  • 1zucchini, sliced into ½-inch thick rounds
  • 1red onion, cut into chunks (about ½-inch pieces)
