Well, it’s absolutely next level with crunchy cabbage, a punchy creamy white sauce, all spiked with dill and a generous smattering of – you guessed it – pickles! And, since it comes together in under 15-minutes + just 1-bowl, consider this the veggie side dish you won’t be able to get enough of.

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoonslow fat greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoonmayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoonspickle juice
  • 1 teaspoonyellow mustard
  • 1 clovegarlic (minced)
  • ½ teaspoonkosher salt
  • ½ teaspoonsugar
  • 2 teaspoonsdried dill (or 2 tablespoons fresh dill)
  • 6 cupsthinly sliced cabbage (about 1 small green cabbage or 10-oz bag shredded cabbage slaw)
  • 1 cupsmall diced dill pickle

Directions

    In a medium bowl, whisk together the yogurt, mayonnaise, pickle juice, mustard, garlic, salt, sugar and dill until smooth.

    Add the cabbage and pickle to a large bowl. Pour over the yogurt mixture, tossing to evenly coat the cabbage.
