
Listen, I love traditional coleslaw as much as the next gal, but this dill pickle creamy coleslaw? Well, it’s absolutely next level with crunchy cabbage, a punchy creamy white sauce, all spiked with dill and a generous smattering of – you guessed it – pickles! And, since it comes together in under 15-minutes + just 1-bowl, consider this the veggie side dish you won’t be able to get enough of.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the yogurt, mayonnaise, pickle juice, mustard, garlic, salt, sugar and dill until smooth.
Add the cabbage and pickle to a large bowl. Pour over the yogurt mixture, tossing to evenly coat the cabbage.
Serve immediately, or cover and chill for at least 30 minutes for the flavors to combine.
