AN ICECREAM RECIPE WITH ALL THAT A BLACK FOREST CAKE HAS.

Ingredients

  • 1½ cup brownies (crumbled )
  • 1 tbsp kirsch/rum (optional )
  • 200 grams cherries (pitted, fresh or tinned )
  • 4 tbsp white sugar
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp corn starch (optional )
  • 500 ml heavy cream (double cream, whipping cream, fat % more than 35%)
  • 200 ml condensed milk (sweetened )
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 50 grams cocoa powder (dutch processed or unsweetened.)

    bake 1/2 the recipe and cool it down. Crumble

    In a sauce pan, add the pitted cherries, let it cook until the cherries are soft, and the juices are out. add sugar

    On medium speed Whip Cold cream until stiff peaks

    In a square pan, using a spatula spread the chocolate icecream evenly. Leaving some ice cream for another layer.

    cover the surface of the ice cream with a parchment sheet.
