  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 50 g grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 g panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

    Preheat & Prep – Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    Make the Batter – In a large bowl, mix flour, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir in the parmesan cheese, then add the milk and eggs, whisking until smooth.

    Coat the Cauliflower – Toss the cauliflower florets into the batter, ensuring each piece is well coated.

    Add Panko – Sprinkle panko breadcrumbs into the same bowl. Shake gently, moving the bowl up and down, to evenly coat the cauliflower.

    Bake – Arrange the coated florets on the baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
