Place chicken, tomatoes, green chiles, coconut milk, lime juice, garlic, yellow onion, bone broth, cumin, cilantro, and chili powder into slow cooker. Stir to combine.
Place lid on slow cooker, and cook on LOW setting for 6 to 8 hours, or on HIGH setting for 3 to 4 hours.
Remove chicken breast from the slow cooker and transfer to a plate. Shred the chicken with two forks and return the chicken to the slow cooker.
Serve immediately.
