
Homemade Mini Waffles made from scratch using mini waffle maker. Made with simple pantry ingredients, they are light and crispy with fluffy inside.
Preheat your waffle iron according to manufacturer's instructions.
Whisk all dry ingredients in a small bowl.
Whisk all wet ingredients in a larger bowl and stir in the flour mixture, until just combined (DO NOT OVER MIX). The batter should be thick yet with a pourable consistency, so begin with 3/4 cup milk and add a little more if needed.
Grease hot waffle iron and make using about 1/4 cup batter for each waffle. Cook according to manufactures instructions. (it took 5 to 6 minutes per waffle).
