Ingredients

  • nonstick cooking spray
  • 2 cups cauliflower florets
  • 2 cups cubed butternut squash
  • 2 teaspoons minced fresh rosemary
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 2 cloves garlic, (minced)
  • 5 ounces baby kale or spinach
  • 1 pound pizza dough
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 cups shredded Asiago cheese, (divided)
  • 1/4 cup chopped Kalamata olives
  • 1 teaspoon minced fresh rosemary

    Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

    Spray a large baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.

    While vegetables are roasting, combine 2 teaspoons olive oil, crushed red pepper flakes, salt, and garlic in a medium skillet.
